The owner wasn’t happy with the noise level in his cabin from the existing fresh water pump. He asked if we could either move it further aft, or add sound insulation. On inspection of the space available we opted for the latter. A sound proof box was constructed in our workshop using marine ply, painted with Danboline.
We bought the latest model Jabsco pump along with the necessary pipes and fittings. The pump was installed inside its box and our marine electricians finished off the installation adding new cabling, relays and fuses.
