Yacht Sales and Brokerage

Berthon Spain (Palma) Yachts for Sale

Yacht Sales In Spain

Berthon Spain, based in Palma de Mallorca, is part of the Berthon Sales Group, but differs from the other offices (except for the UK) in that we have a full-service team, as well as an experienced team of yacht brokers. The business in Mallorca is split over two sites.

The yacht sales team is comprised of Simon Turner and Ben Toogood. They receive valuable secretarial and office assistance from the team on the yacht service side.

Berthon Sign

Simon also worked at Berthon International, as a yacht broker, between 1980 and 1991. He then moved to Mallorca and has been there ever since. Working a spell with Nautor’s Swan, then again with Berthon 2003-2008, and between 2008-2020 in his own company trading as ‘Northrop and Johnson Spain’.

Ben arrived in Mallorca in October 2020 to take up his new position with Berthon Spain’s yacht brokerage. He had previously worked for Berthon International, in Lymington UK, as Brand Manager for the Windy Boats and Pearl Yachts.

Combining their skills, experiences, age and youthful enthusiasm is a perfect match when it comes to yachts for sale. Simon & Ben both look forward to assisting clients with the sale of both sailing and motor yachts. With them together, Berthon Spain benefits from over 40 years’ experience in yacht sales/brokerage, incorporating high-quality yachts of every type – classic style, bluewater sailing, luxury motor yachts and racing yachts up to 120 ft.

The sales office is centrally located in Palma de Mallorca close to the main yacht marinas of the Club de Mar and Port de Mallorca – and just a short drive to the other local ports.

Being close to the hub of the main action in Palma is important. Many yachts pass through, as well as the many hundreds that are based around Palma full time. But we also remember that there are many yachts and owners outside of Palma – and the beauty of Mallorca is that no marina is more than 50 minutes away. We are also active in the marinas of Puerto Portals, Port Adriano, Puerto Andraitx, Puerto Pollensa, Alcudia, Cala d’Or – and indeed all ports on the islands (including Ibiza and Menorca). We also attend boats in Valencia, Alicante and Barcelona on the mainland, which are just a short flight away.

Our dedicated refit facility is close to the airport, the city and within easy reach of key marinas and STP shipyard.
